4 slices white or wholemeal bread. Chop the chicken and dice the celery, place in a bowl with the Salad Cream and mix well. If you are not eating this straight away take a few salad leaves and place on the bread, this stops the bread going soggy. Now add half the ingredients to each sandwich and serve. Add other leftover vegetables if desired.
